Sattva Health & Wellness Clinic
In yoga, "sattva" is synonymous with balance, homeostasis, holistic, equanimity, or peace. When we are in a sattvic state, we are better able to handle the physical, mental and emotional stresses of our lives and feel at our optimal self.
It is Sattva Health & Wellness Clinic's mission to support every patient's journey to find balance in their bodies through a "biophyschosocial" approach to manual therapy and movement therapy.

Hana is Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. In 2009 she graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in her hometown of Victoria, BC. Her career has focused largely in the world of sport - she has worked with many teams and individual athletes from grassroots to professional to international levels. For several years she was the massage therapist and yoga teacher for the Canadian Women's National Soccer Team. It was there that she discovered the benefits of marrying her two passions of yoga and massage therapy to help not only athletes, but anyone that MOVES (everyone!). She has now set roots down in Williams Lake, BC and is excited to serve her local community, and online yoga students.
Hana has a holistic approach to her treatments. She believes in tailoring every treatment plan to the patient's needs and goals whether it be for injury management or prevention, sport performance, stress management, headaches, TMJD, chronic pain and beyond. Hana incorporates yoga and breath work to treatment plans as much as she can as she sees such value in adding this practice for patient well-being. She is well connected in the healthcare community of Williams Lake and loves to collaborate with other professionals to provide the best care possible for each patient. Her passion is to work together with her patients to help them feel empowered to take their health into their own hands .
In 2018, she completed a 10 month mentorship program through Pain Care Aware gaining in-depth knowledge about the science of pain and how to support people living with persistent pain through education, breath work and mindful movement.
Hana has additional training in myofascial release techniques, soft tissue release, pain science, yoga for therapeutic exercise, yoga teacher training, sport massage, and athletic taping.
In her spare time, Hana is an avid long distance runner, practices yoga, plays soccer and loves to spend time in the outdoors with her two young sons and her husband. She loves to learn and is currently in the Registered Holistic Nutritionist program at Canadian College of Natural Nutrition.
